Part of the company culture shift objectives, is a better understand how each team member, shareholder, and customer are all stakeholders within EFCO. I created this logo from the ground up. Once I fully understood the vision EFCO's new CEO had envisioned. It was fairly easy to create the first concept, which I presented to the CEO and LIPCC Committee in EFCO HQ's Board-member Room.
